Returns

I want you to love your jewelry purchase from www.byleahwong.com! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry product purchased on my website, please feel free to return it within 30 days of receiving the order. All purchases made at a show are exchangeable within 30 days of purchase.

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on a copy of the receipt you received with your purchase. Drop your package in the U.S. Mail in a padded envelope. To ensure a speedy handling of the return, please send me an e-mail to leah@byleahwong.com. 

Please do not send the package COD, as we do not accept returns shipped COD. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement with 1 billing cycle.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Special Orders 

A size not mentioned

If you feel you would like a length that is not one of the standard lengths offered, please mention the length that you want in comments box before you check out. There will be an additional charge for lengthening necklaces longer than 20 inches depending on the extra length and the style. I will contact you by e-mail after the order is placed with the additional charge.

I also do lots of custom work. If you have specific color, stone, combinations in mind that you do not find on the site, please feel free to contact me by phone or email to discuss them with me.
